INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We sincerely regret that we are unable to process and ship international orders. Thank you for understanding and for shopping at Old World Nutcrackers.
SALES TAX:
Virginia residents add 5% sales tax.
BILLING:
After receiving your order we verify that the item is still available; there is a small chance that an item you ordered was ordered at the same time by another customer. We will send you a confirmation when we ship and bill your order.
RETURNS
COUPON/DISCOUNT POLICY
If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form. The best way to keep up with available coupons/discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter ~ you'll always be first to know! Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order ~ if more than one discount applies, we will automatically apply the larger discount.

Although we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a typo or pricing error may occur. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Old World Nutcrackers is part of a growing online specialty stores, Sidney Brooks, LLC. We welcome your submissions of innovative, unique, high quality products. If you would like to submit a new product for consideration please send the following to our corporate headquarters address:
1. Information about the product.
2. Cost price of product.
3. Company principal or representative contact name, address, phone, fax.
4. Product sample or photo. Samples submitted cannot be returned unless arrangements are made prior to submitting actual sample. Due to the number of products submitted, OldWorldNutcrackers.com cannot pay for samples.
